Bookings must be accompanied by a bank transfer deposit equal to 30% of the overall share of the stay.
In no deposit is received three days from the reservation date, the owner of the B&B is free to accept other bookings.
After the down payment is verified, we will send you an email with a booking confirmation.
The total amount must be settled in cash upon arrival or in a way provided and / or approved by the management.
According to fiscal rules, a 2 euro tax stamp will be added to the total amount of your stay.
To ensure you an adequate reception, the check-in must be previously agreed with us.
If the time of your arrival is different from the one you have communicated, please let us know by telephone.
Upon arrival, is required to provide a valid document of identity (passport or identity card) to allow us to fill in the P.S. in accordance with the applicable provisions of law. Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes violation of the Criminal Code and authorizes us to ask the guest to leave the B&B.
We inform you that on departure day, the room must be vacated by 10.00 am. Any departure beyond 11.00 am without vacating the room you will incur a charg of an additional day of stay.
For security reasons it is not permitted to bring into the house people other than those registered. For occasional visits, management must be informed.
Please note that in case of any cancellation or modifications to your reservation dates, the following policy will be applied:
Within 30 days before the expected check-in date, a fee of 30% of the deposit will be incurred.
Less than 15 days before the expected check-in date, a fee of 50% of the deposit will be incurred.
Less than 7 days before the expected check-in date, a fee of 100% of the deposit will be incurred.
